  • .. overwhelmed by the "conquerors" Castilians. In 1478, he says a local guide, the last aborigines were massacred by the Spanish invaders and the survivors were shipped as slaves to South America. If it is not true, looks a lot like the reality of that era, populated by murderers who protected by European flags sowed death and destruction and especially preying to plunder. The site is characterized by small caves dug into the lava hardly not easily decipherable parts, but the harshness of the site is fascinating

  • Great museum with informative and intelligent curator. Well worth a visit. Lovely introduction to the aboriginal peoples of Gran Canaria. Beautiful mountain surroundings. Don't miss it
  • Place with much charm and spectacular views. A return to the moment in which the aborigines inhabited our island. 100% recommended

  • Great experience to rediscover the canarian history, and to help to continue with this incredible work...still a lot to do!
  • Excellent treatment! An amazing job and a magical place! Enormous work carried out by Tibicena to value the history and prehistory of our land. Thank you and congratulations! It is recommended to visit 100%.

  • The pity is that this fortress in bad state of preservation thanks to some who use it to make barbecues and leave garbage. In all other respects a prominent place in the history of the Islands that are worth knowing.
