  • During our visit, not have seen any animal abused or not a single rat. The animals were well fed, better than in many major zoos visited previously. We went on the recommendation of a family member who explained to me that the company collects lost or abandoned animals. We must remember that these companies are very controlled and do not fit abuse to animals. I recommend this tour already that the proceeds helps support them.

  • use plenty of sun cream on a hot day lovely train ride round the zoo be prepared for the monkeys jumping on for a lift
  • I give a fairly light tone to my text because I'm still under the euphoric or even magical effect of this place that does match the bad reviews I had read beforehand and that seems to me for unjustified and exaggerated bcp (except maybe for some enclosure size but is not characteristic of a zoo than to never offer enough space for animals such as lions or leopards otherwise This is called a nature reserve! Or do not come at all from the start). As you do a good deed by visiting because you support a rescue action of animals treated badly (in the circuses, for example) or abandoned by their previous owners. Animals are a variety (birds in all large and small and exotic kind including large owls and the collection of absolutely unmissable ibis) which I did not know the existence for most... There is a whole collection of ovides also exotic and unusual... cats very "alive" active and fascinating (I dare you to challenge not to shiver while the giant Bengal tiger approached the glass) including Tiger lions lynx and Panther... of the monkeys and the adorable lemurs, very entertaining and players (but ban to touch!) a zebra asking caresses as his cousins donkeys... and a whole bunch of other features that make this place an excellent excuse for a day out all in a very nature and intimate setting that adds to the feeling of travel.
