Walk the palm-lined shores of one of the most popular beaches on the Canary Islands, Playa de las Teresitas. The beach stretches 1.5 km (1 mi) and features white sand as opposed to the black sand traditionally found throughout Tenerife. Take a dip in the calm, clear water, appreciating the backdrop of the mountains, or start up a game of beach volleyball. The area is known for its fresh seafood, so be sure to stop in the nearby village of San Andrés for a meal if you can. • I love this beach. We have been 3 times in tenerife and this remains one of the most beautiful on the island. Golden sand, Palm trees and crystal clear water. We never miss to spend at least a day at the beach.

  • Seeing the reviews and so much publicity on the internet I thought this was the beach or at least one of the most beautiful beaches of for me it was not absolutely so. The beach is large and well equipped. the sand imported from the Sahara. up to here everything nice but see tankers right there before we say that ruin the image of the beach and not only ... even the santa cruz Harbor beside them is not the best to watch.
