  • Nice museum audio tour costs 3 euros and gives a general picture but few details of the information on paper when each room gives more info Museum is informative especially the history about the origin of the volcanic island and the first inhabitants. Well set up and worth entrance ticket at information about hotel bought for only 3.50 euro

  • The museum is extensive and cover a broad range of exhibits. Suitable for children and adults. The trick is to find the explanatory leaflet in each room in English French or German
  • alternating exhibitions about nature, medicine etc. in the summer also venue for concerts on the place

  • Beautiful museum with nice staff. Good collections
  • Nice museum. The special thing about it's permanent exhibition are the impressively well kept guanche's mummies. Recommend to go Friday or Saturday from 16h00 to 20h00, when entrance is free.
  • I never thought I would find such an immense content of cultural heritage in a museum in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There were specimens of nearly anything nature and history had to offer. The moment I came across the Guanche mummies, smiling at me sardonically, was the highest point of the visit. By the way try not to overlook the awesome collection of butterflies hidden in the drawers!
  • Good museum, nothing described in english unfortunately
  • Excellent museum , the Guanche mummies are indeed a highlight, especially in the evening time...
