Bodegas Binifadet, Sant Lluis
Categories: Wineries & Vineyards, Food & Drink
Bodegas Binifadet offers a free, behind-the-scenes tour of an architect-designed winery on the island of Menorca. They planted the first wine grapes in 1979 and opened doors to the public in 2004. You can of course purchase wine to take home on site or enjoy more than the samples by having a glass, tapas, or full meal at the on-site restaurant with terrace. They make a red and a white, both called Merluzo, a Chardonnay, and several other wines. Consider booking a tour in advance by emailing or giving them a call. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent food. Get's better every year. Brilliant service. Was there last night. Fabulous new wine bar too. Will be back!!
A fantastic location with great snacks but the best is the wines and of course a large fat G&T - This place makes its own wine of course :-)
The sparkling Rosé is such a great favourite with several of my friends....to the extent that I have to get it sent to the UK now.
Great place to visit, but only a couple of the wines were to our taste - the muscat was superb though. Try their amazing wine-based jams, and their olive oil is great - really smooth and sweet.
Laura GómezThe place is quiet, simple decoration but with good taste. Really nice terrace. Extremely friendly and polite treatment. The tasting is free and includes two glasses of wine and a bit of chop with jam. We arrived at the end of the afternoon so we only ask some tapas. All delicious and consistent presentation. Came sparkling (cava) and the exquisite white. One of the things that I liked most about my visit to the island. Recommended 100%show original
