  • Church must if you visit Sanlucar. Coffered ceilings in mudejar-style wood ceiling. Behind the altar there is another altarpiece painted but I think is not visible.

  • Located in the small Plaza de la Paz. This church dates from the 14th century and is in the mudejar style. The centerpiece is the spectacular stone pointed arch portal, surmounted by a richly decorated on three floors with the coats of arms of the families who have erected supported by lions and over arches and small columns. This church also has an unusual Bell Tower with three floors.

  • A beautiful gothic church full of works of art. Very interesting guided tour while the organ sounds. And then the organist, with an infinite grace, we showed and demonstrated the operation of the body. Very interesting.

  • A gem. The guided tour is entertaining and illustrative. But they have no days and fixed schedules to do so

  • The Church of our Lady of the or is the parish church of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It was built about the year 1360, sponsored by Isabel de la Cerda y Guzmán, Countess I de Medinaceli and the granddaughter of the first Lord of Sanlúcar, Guzmán el Bueno, taking advantage of one of the towers of the old fortress, which served as a Bell Tower. The architectural style is the typology of the Mudejar parish churches of the Kingdom of Seville, of rectangular Basilica interior layout, consisting of three naves, with header in the form of special polygonal apse. The central nave is separated from the sides by arches. Highlights the cover mudejar of stonework in sandstone at the foot of the central nave. On it is interspersed with the coats of arms of the House of Guzman and bristle supported by Lions rampant. On the right side of the temple, there is a second stone entrance, with ogival, simpler path, topped by a cornice decorated also with brackets of figureheads. Inside we find a stunning mudejar coffered ceiling (16th century) and beautiful religious images, some of them in the 17TH century. Throughout its history, the Church of our Lady of the or has suffered several modifications, and thus added to the original plant hoods that make it up. The architect Alonso de Vandelvira, son of Andrés de Vandelvira, was master of the seventh Duke of Medina Sidonia, Alonso Pérez de Guzmán, and in the year 1604 was the second body, elliptical, of belfry.  The church Our Lady of the or is classified as assets of Cultural interest from the year 1931.
