  • Located at the top of the village, it has a picturesque view to the estuary and towards the mountains. It is Gothic early made of sandstone. It has two beautiful doors, and is a pilgrimage site for pilgrims from the camino de Santiago, and the path of pilgrims the Lebaniego Holy Christ.

  • It is a very rewarding visit, it's a church, not a cathedral, not to expect the grandeur of these last, but if you save inside interesting attractions, when we visited it, accompanied it with pieces of classical and Baroque music, which helped to convey a sense of inner peace that you to feel good, very good. Price 1.50, although it seems a sacrilege that charges for entering churches and cathedrals, as the price of an attraction, in relation to what it offers, this very well

  • In the Altamira (2016) film, there are scenes shot in the interior of this church which are easily recognizable, there is also a flat nice exterior, corresponding to one of the side doors, which provides a beautiful view over the Bay of Biscay arms.
