  • If you come to San Vicente de la Barquera, don't visit the castle of the King. Tends to have some exposure always and the best are the views you have of San Vicente. The entrance is very cheap. If remember correctly (€1.50)

  • The King's Castle is located in its highest and most ancient of the population. It's a solid fortress which has a small museum. The best views of San Vicente and surrounding are seen from the top. The entrance price €1,40. Visit interesting.

  • After questioning at the office of information and tourism, we decided to visit this castle and what most surprised us was the price of admission. Seemed very cheap (€ 1.40), we went and did not disappoint us, san vicente de la Barquera views are stunning.

  • The castle of the King closed the wall of the villa. It is considered that the first castle on this site was build during the repopulation of Alfonso I of Asturias in the middle ages. • Environment overrated. If it's a getaway better invest the time to visit Comillas, Santillana and Santander. There were tide low, many people... and little to do.

  • The only Castle makes sense come to see the sights of the town from above. They are very cool.
