The Castle served as a defence of the coast of Cadiz, and was also related to the arts and the Almadraba red tuna fisheries. Visit inexcusable if you're in the area, recommended use services shuttle boat (a trip more pleasant, especially for the little ones), convenient to include the guided tour. At the entrance of the castle there is a bar which serves drinks and some food to eat. Not recommended for seniors with mobility problems. The ascent to the boat or boat, can be complicated, and there are stairs to reach the Castle.

The best access by boat, which you can get from the Marina. The surroundings of the Castle are very nice and worth more than the inside. In addition is neglected and only visit two stays. I do not recommend going, even though reach the islet.

LUIS FERNANDEZSpectacular. Fabulous landscapes
Jose SanchezA castle with much history and very nice. The restoration which I did not like. There are visits from poblado Sancti Petri and also actions seaman. His visit is recommended.
Alberto S.A beautiful excursion for the surroundings and the guided tour, which explains in details the history of the Castle and its surroundings. If like dinner on the island, is of the best things that have made by it different and with a put of Sun spectacular. The place for dinner is not comfortable but supplements it with a tasting of tuna which is a delight. Access to the island in our case, did it on a boat for ten people who all made more exciting.
Nadiehtzda FloresVery nice estuoendo weather and people love
Manuel Canca SánchezYou can get much more party from a tourist perspective socio-cultural, lack of explanatory posters, lack of scenery of time and lack maintenance, to access it depends on own boat or rent some of the offices next to the yacht club for the price of € 10 with a duration of approximately 5 min, price for the free tour of the castle is €3 and the guided tour € 5. The electricity that supplies the bar comes from a generator noisy and accessible to anyone.
