  • Activity of hiking through spectacular landscapes. There is an interpretation centre where give indications of the places what to visit and possible routes to perform. There are trails for all levels. Absolutely recommendable for any visitor of La Palma

  • It is a forest where gets one, and litter for several kilometers. ESI back to the past, to the tranquillity, is totally recommended. You end up in a fantastic vantage point

  • Visit the forest of Los Tilos, is to go back in the past. A forest that populated the South of Europe and North Africa and which today only lives as a relic in the Canary Islands and Islands of Macaronesia. It is a varied forest; It has a score of trees as well as a variety of smaller plants. You can appreciate the tiles with your fruit in the form of Acorn, the viñátigos with its red leaves when you die, the laueles with the fungus in its branches 'mother of Parrot', willows that populate the bottom of the ravine and gave name to the municipality, white, strawberry, afollados, elderberry... If you walk slowly, savoring the scenery, the smell, the sound... you will discover a wealth of impressive life: flowers such as Pippin's Mount, the encimba, the bicácaro, the col de risco... or the insignificant "don't forget me", a variety of fungi and invertebrates and above all the chirping of finches, Shearwaters... turque and Laurel pigeon pigeons flying. Ferns are particularly important. You can find a wide variety from insignificant by your size up to two meters or more. If you das it turned to some plants will discover that are ferns or the color different... It observes. Visit the waterfall and the visitor centre. And if you feel like there is a restaurant where you can relax and play around with the finches that have been adapted to human presence. I think that it is a place to walk, but also to learn seeing, smelling listening and discovering. You get a chance without haste
