  • I was surprised by the classic beauty of this 16th-century palace. One jewel of the monumental Salamanca. The facade is very beautiful, but what I liked most was its inner courtyard with a beautiful balcony upper cloister sustained by artistic supports. You can not miss your visit when you are in Salamanca

  • Another example of the architectural heritage of Salamanca. You will surprise your Hall and the courtyard.

  • The courtyard, with all his legend in tow, one of the plateresque jewels of the city (and the lesser-known)

  • Place of interest. Inside there is a fixed exhibition dedicated to the salt trade, but it also tends to have exhibitions that complement it. I have had the privilege of contemplating their tapestries and the secret passages of the interior of the Palace, it is a pity that they are not open to the public.

  • Other sites of public attractions to see in Salamanca. Palacio de la Salina has also plateresque decorations such as the façade of the University. There is a legend, according to which the Archbishop Alonso de Fonseca went to Salamanca to a Diocesan Council accompanied her lover Galician Juana Pimentel's "La Salina". Bishop tried different noble families of the city offered him shelter during his stay, but the of the relevant names denied entry into their homes, by their company. The Archbishop was angry so much that he decided to build the Palace of the Salina with interior decoration representing the main nobles of Salamanca's monstrous form. However the true owner was Juan Alonso de Fonseca mentioned, and the resemblance of the names the legend was born.
