  • The Cathedral was one of the planned route points to Reusu. It is pretty easy to find, if you find yourself in the heart of the city. In any case for any turn you will find if you do not login, then the side wall. That's just the streets narrow and Reus show at the Cathedral in all of its greatness is hard enough. At the entrance of the Cathedral had two beggars, but they behave quietly, not brazen and not spoil the overall impression.

  • Arrived while raining and us regugiamos on its website. Enter highlights its stained glass windows and dome. Sobreacoge with its many statues while the background music makes you feel part of this church dedicated to San Pedro. Really beautiful

  • Impression of Reus I would compare with a good film: walk, look and baldeesh ... But there is one "but"-about 600 in reus any shops, and in the summer season there, just go large-scale selloff. Usually go to Reusu, and before the eyes of the "Subliminal message", be "twenty-fifth frame" flit catchy zazyvno-bright signs. And that simply won't go away. The only thing I managed to do during a visit to Reus is being described to convince my girlfriend look at least a minute to the main sacred institution of the town is the Church of Sant Pere (Saint Peter Prioral de Sant Pere de Reus/Iglesia Prioral de San Pedro). Thank God, this church was located at the intersection of the main shopping avenues of the town, therefore "touching the spirituality was somewhere in between the shopping centre El Palol" and supermagazom "ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ. A pair of "smears" in the history of the temple: the first written mention of the Church of Sant Pere refers to the second half of the 12th century distant. As usual, it was originally a humble Romanesque church in honour of the Virgin Mary. In 1325 the year Pope John XXII granted parish status Reus Priory and its abbot-title priora! What's next??? It is clear-the Church was greatly enlarged and at the beginning of the 15th century again consecrated.

  • Great way to get an overview of the entire city!
  • The patron saint of the city, Pedro, lives here since the 16th century, and each June 29, goes for a ride up to the City Council with all the elements from the city.

  • For the Festival, you have to climb the Bell Tower. Visit more than recommended. Good views (and good exercise).
