Cueva Museo, Purullena

(4.7/5 based on 15+ reviews on the web)
An ethnologic museum explaining the history of the area, Cueva Museo includes three cave homes filled with traditional furnishings, cookware, and tools. With a steady temperature throughout the year, these caves provided a comfortable albeit simple living for natives of this area--some locals continue to inhabit these slightly unusual residences. You'll have a chance to see all three museum caves--the last home offers fine views of the entire village and the surrounding area, so stick around until the end of the tour. • To get an idea of as it is the distribution of the inside of a Cueva-vivienda and crafts (in this case a family pottery) recommend this museum. It is run by its owners. Father and son and family attend the Museum. Income payment (2 euros) worth of worth invest them. Today pottery is on the sidewalk in front, attended by the son. You can visit to see how they work today more industrially. The photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend it. It is a town of caves - the attractiveness of Guadix, a different town, housing (most part of 2000 counted).
