You should carry footwear suitable for crossing. There is enough slope to the ida and the access to the forest is a bit tricky with large steps in. It is not a walk suitable for people with mobility problems, children of young age or to go with stroller. Advisable to carry water and to try to not choose a warm day. Too much walking for what it is.show original

Not be if there is another route, but which take indicated google takes 45 minutes / 1 hour each way. I missed missing more information about access to the forest. The route itself is heavy for being amplio(pars un coche) in a pine forest without any point a way to highlight or different. A visit of curious, according to how you plan it. In my case I would have saved it.show original
BelsayVisit the forest makes you reclaim the childhood in the sense you want to play with the artist wanting to find forms that are hidden in its composition, objective only achieved by matching from a certain position. The idea of coloring trees also can be found in the forest do Rexo (Allaritz - Galicia)show original
Diegus KitiFoienVisit obliged. Don't wait to much on the painted forest of Oma, since Agustín Ibarrola did in 1985 and, logically, with the passage of time the trees have been moving and even splitting in two, leaving more space to the imagination than a own feeling that you're watching the work original. That Yes, the ride is highly recommended, especially for the nature of the environment, the foliage of the forest, and the breath of fresh air that comes very well into our lungs. When you're done seeing the forest, not go down the dirt road where you've uploaded, but low toward the small town of Oma, where has the own Ibarrola House. From there you will be able to the parking where you started, and just when you arrive at Oma, there is a small sign with a signal of a House with mill at 150 meters. Do not hesitate, go and see it, it is an amazing site full of vegetation, a small river and in the middle of nature.show original
Nekane BOma forest is a forest in which most of the trees have been painted by Ibarrola. They are painted in such way that looking at them with perspective figures are seen. Super curious. They are about 6 km there and back. It's worth much.show original
