  • For me the most beautiful mountain in Catalonia and probably in the entire peninsula. Near Barcelona and in a region unique. I recommend it to 100 per 100

  • It is worth driving an hour and half from Barcelona up to this mountain, is a marvel. Surrounded by the lush and stunning greenery in Catalunya, you can find the scenery more glossy in the country, the viewpoints with the most amazing views and mountains with the most unusual forms, such as the Pedraforca. The area is highly protected and it breathes great peace, tranquility, and above all, nature. There are several camping sites and good restaurants of typical Catalan food, highly recommended, as the Hostal Pedraforca, Pedraforca is seen from the dining room and puts the beautiful tip. Saldes, the village that is located just below the mountain is beautiful. A rural and very welcoming people. It is a pleasure to admire the Pedraforca. Makes good day, I recommend climbing the mountain, it is a little difficult, since is quite high and difficult (especially the part of the Pan and final grimpada) they are almost 2600 m of ascent, but totally worth.

  • Parties with two new girlfriends in mountain which one who has Vertigo, the hike was epic! Attention for people who fear heights and emptiness: the last part of the ascent is climbing (very easy certainly but to be careful) and the descent by the scree "The Tartera" is a bit painful as worn by the intensive passage of hikers. If not really worth the detour, the setting is sumptuous, the scenery, the atmosphere, the route... I would absolutely recommend this hike "alpine" (as it is written on several topos))!
