  • I grew up in the southern countryside and so far had not visited this natural monument that we have in the area. Known history, and the importance of the area in years past, has been a wonderful experience and know something more from our past. I totally recommend the visit, you learn a lot, and the scenery is unbeatable.

  • As an amateur industrial archaeology, this was a must-see, finding myself in the area. Mine is something worth visiting not only by the industry but also party by the party of the natural environment as we told the Guide, were very lucky because we were a very small group, with which we could best enjoy the visit. The Guide warned us that only now was visited 4 level since other areas were closed due to security problems and intended to reopen them for explanations spring are very educational and very simple understandable even for children. There is a zone in which is a transverse failure which is the only clearly visible in Europe and yet is almost unknown to hope again in a few months and make a complete visit

  • The Jayona La mine is Natural Monument since late 90's. For to visit the Jayona is necessary call and arrange a CITES, so only there are two passes to them 10:00 and to them 12:00 of Tuesday to Sunday and the entrance is free. Guide that we attended was fantastic, we spoke about the history and life in the mine, took us by a very pleasant route, stroll through three galleries enabled eleven that came to be up and running. The visit to this old iron mine is really very interesting.
