  • The most impressive are the buttresses and the main façade. We went during the Sunday mass, the priest, a very peculiar Lord in the form of carry out their work by the close and the conversation which gave parishioners during mass.

  • My grandfather, on a date that seems so distant was baptized in this parish: October 28, 1864, with the name of Salustiano Eduardo Rodríguez Cobas. Son of José María Cobas and Rosa Rodríguez, residents of San Salvador de Léres. Someday I will go, I will sit on its banks and try to imagine that moment. Many years later he emigrated to Uruguay, where I live and where his remains rest. Never returned to his homeland today am here thanks to him and to his ancestors.
