Regular tastings aim to introduce wine lovers to a beverage created using years of research and development, as well as to increase awareness about the state of the world's oceans. Schedule your winery visit at least one day in advance by calling or e-mailing, and check the website for a range of available guided tours. • We are members of Kulinarikvereins. In the exceptional setting of the Aquarium Donostia-San Sebastian, we could know the innovative ideas of the Señor Borja Saracho and learn to appreciate. To make wine of exceptional winemaker of Antonio Palacios in 20 meters below the sea level in bottles or on tap further mature, provides a very drink animating, exceptional, full-bodied wine with pronounced mineral notes. With dark fruit, bright tobacco and high complexity impress us sustainably the Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero. In combination with the teaching Oaks and interesting guided tour through the Aquarium and the, for visitors normally not accessible, technology rooms and laboratories, we can only unreservedly recommend this experience!

  • We went this August at the Crousoe Treasure boat, made the excursion to the area of the sea where aging wines, wine tasting and also took us to a Cove that is only accessible by boat, where we were able to take a bath. Borja (and his team) have seemed to me excellent. They gave us to know all the repopulation of the seabed that are getting thanks to age a great wine in an uncommon medium. The wine I tasted was excellent, powerful and balanced on the palate. The beautiful maritime framework. Worth knowing them and taste the wine.
