Made famous by the 1960 movie “El Cid,” the beautifully preserved medieval Castillo Templario Ponteficio offers commanding views over the old town of Pensicola and the Mediterranean.   • The narrow streets of the old town, went to taxi, walked back, descended. In the Castle built by the Knights in the 14th century, is a landmark of peñíscola perfectly. Great old town seen from the Castle and the Mediterranean Sea.
