  • To be honest I would say that he was unaware of the existence of that during the Roman Empire became one of the cities most important of Hispania until I had to go and visit the site for academic reasons. I made two visits, with very different experiences. The first was with my partner during a sunny day in August, while in the second, I went with my classmates. In this, it was raining to seas, fact that is not nice as the site is quite large and there is no possibility of cover. To reach it is essential to have own car, being able to park both at the bottom of the Hill (next to the interpretation centre) and at various points on the upper. My recommendation is to pick up the plane at the box office (€2,5 is the amount of the entrance for students) without having to get out of the car and make a first stop at the visitor center where there is a small video that helps to go to the site, as well as toilets and shop. Then return to mount us in the car to upload until it high of the Hill, whose hillside is took to build the theatre (it more rebuilt of all the site). Besides you can also see some remains of the baths and some Domus. Until this second area of the site can be reached on foot or move the car. Ultimately, what most caught my attention is the little known which is the deposit, as well as the amount of work that remains of dig. It is not a must-see, but it is worth to take a morning or an afternoon and take to see a beautiful sunset over the Castilian countryside.

  • In a great environment, a little-known site is well preserved. Only have figured the 8 per cent of the total, with what promises to be one of the most important in Spain. The guided tour of Fernando was very enjoyable, explaining everything perfectly and with reference to customs and Roman anecdotes. You have to make the visit if these in that area.

  • A pleasure to visit a Roman city in an area, La Ribera del Duero burgalesa little visited. You can access with the car to the amphitheatre, the baths, the Forum and some houses. They came here to live 3000 people and now there are hardly any tourists and grazing sheep.
