  • Pajara is a small, quiet town with a thousand inhabitants, but it is the largest of the six towns of Fuerteventura. Draws only a transit tourism due to its small church of Nuestra Señora de la Regla. The special feature of this church is built with a copper-colored stone, Mexican Baroque style clearly inspired by azteca. On the left there is a bar restaurant (don't remember the name) where, ordering a coffee Italian with adjectives "bajo and short", you find yourself at a cup of espresso.

  • Stunning church in this old town, Beauiful statue of the Black madonna and intricate hand painted artwork on the walls and celing.  more »
  • Pájara is a beautiful village that you spend several times to visit the island. It is nice and quite real. Next to the road and to City Hall this church, quite nice inside and out and arousing much devotion to the Islanders.

  • A lovely little church with an impressive wooden altar. Even an old scoop wheel is located in front of the Church. And is there also an old man with a donkey. Against profit, he then runs the donkey in the district. Acts but rather sad for the animal.

  • This is the most rich municipality in the Barceló Corrajelo Bay, houses have wooden balconies, the Church definitively the door.
