El Pedron, Roman altar, beneath the high altar of the Church of Santiago de Padrón is located inside. According to the xacobea tradition, the place where the boat that brought the remains of St. James the Apostle was tied. It is the origin of the current name of the villa: Padrón. Also inside are a Gothic pulpit (15th century) from the time of the Archbishop Rodrigo de Luna, on which is carved a beautiful image of Santiago Pilgrim. Two canvases, representing the arrival by boat of the Apostle Santiago (17th century) and two reliefs, table, recently recovered from is representing the baptism of Queen Lupa, and the arrival by boat of the Apostle Santiago Padrón. There are also interesting and beautiful figures of various Saints as well as Easter of census figures.
