Go from Seville, take one hour to find a quarry into disuse with recent statues. My face I think it described everything. Crap going. That call it the Petra as the Andalucia was the best thing for advertising because it is not worth a penny

It is a quarry that ceased to be exploited in the 1960s right next to the village. Here the ashlars are mined to build the houses of Osuna and currently has it been enabled for sightseeing and celebrations, being a very interesting place to visit, transports you to other latitudes, at other times...

Which qualify it as the Petra as the Andalucia is a joke. It is a curiosity to see how they have turned a former underground quarry into a huge Hall of weddings. Curious, no more.

  • Nice place for you to spend around 1h !
  • A must-see when you visit Osuna. The environment is the most curious. Ancient quarries of stone for construction in the village. Too bad that the main highlight of the area has been closed so private and decorated with sculptures that have nothing to do with the environment. But a stroll through the area is worth.

  • Super original. I loved it. Very nice. Accurate photos. Great caves created by the subtraction of stone blocks 3000 years ago. Carved walls posteriornente with antique and historical details. Very original indeed

  • The site is very careful and is beautiful, but is really small, expected me something more. If you caught step I recommend visiting. It costs only 2 euros adults and children from 12 years old. Children under 12 are free. I also recommend it as part of a visit to Osuna, but not worthwhile to travel from far away just to see it.
