  • We spend 10 days a oropesa del mar end of October, and then, big surprise animations all day and shows all night. In addition, temperatures allow us to bathe at the beach all day. Stay amazing

  • A charming place for family travel. Recommended to the Playa de la Concha. Too busy in July and August.

  • We were in world fantasy 3 days ago, Sunday, October 30, 2016, with 3 very young children of 4 and 3 years. We buy the pass which allows using the attractions up to 19:00 hrs. At about 1835 we started Queuing in the bouncy castle. We asked the instructor, Ana Munera, long waiting was and told us that 20 minutes and then the attraction could be used for 30 minutes. More people was asking you the same question and she was updating the information (not very willingly, everything there is to say...). 1855 and after 20 minutes of tail (which for children of 3 years is a long time), at last we played turn!. The children were excited! But to our surprise, to teach her pass to the monitor bracelet, told us that our pass ended at 19.00 hrs. and that they could not pass. We told her that perfect, but that could have been advised when asked by waiting times, which not would have cost him nothing, and we would have been able to leverage those last 20 minutes riding in other attractions that had no tail. We told him to at least let us spend those 5 minutes that were so that children will not stay with the illusion of paste 4 jumps and he told us in very bad ways that it was not possible, because she wasn't going to be aware of different start times of attraction. And with very pimping attitude, he added that "it would not continue to speak with us because he didn't have time". When I asked him his name, also with tone very thuggish and challenging told me that I could go running to get complaints that I would like to. Obviously, I was going with my children and would not put me at its height, but honestly, I do not think that the rowdy tone is suitable for people who are face to the public, and much less with children. It is obvious that this girl, Ana Munera, is not at the level of the service offered by Marina d'Or. You can not imagine the disappointment of the children... and their faces... and also at the end of the afternoon, with what esto blurred as well that had moved it the rest of the afternoon... It is a shame that a concept and facilities as their children's leisure parks, look marred by such attitudes. I don't think that Marina d'Or should pamper you if you want to provide a quality service to customers. Despite having enjoyed much in the amusement park, both children and parents we went with bad taste in the mouth. A penalty.
