  • If you are an OK skier you will have the red and black slopes more or less to yourself. There are a lot of spaniards standing on a pair of skiis for the first time here. This skiing system compares me...  more »
  • After the rather hair-raising drive to get there we were rewarded by a zoo completely to ourselves. The animals were well kept although we saw no signs of people maintaining them and the enclosures we...  more »
  • This park was amazing, the road there was a bit precarious but had terrific views. Not for the faint hearted though! Very few people there so lots of opportunity to get close to the animals and it was...  more »

  • No information what so ever why it is closed. For how long its going to be closed. The telephone number doesn't work. No website to find. And the road up to the national park is horrific. So high, so bad, so small, so curvy you think you are going to die all the time. There are crosses along the road that shows were people must have been killed. SOME INFORMATION PLEASE!!!!
  • JUST BEEN TO VISIT THIS PARK,NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME,WE TOOK SOME FRIENDS BUT TO OUR SURPRISE THE PARK HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AND YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE PLACE AS THERE IS A LOCKED CHAIN ACROSS ENTRANCE. WE UNDERSTAND AFTER TALKING TO TWO WORKERS LEAVING THAT THE ANIMALS ARE STILL THERE BUT THE TOWN HALL AS CLOSE THE PARK FOR REASONS UNKNOWN.THERE IS NO SIGN SAYING IT IS CLOSED ON THE ROAD AT THE BEGINNING OF JOURNEY 11KILOMETERS AWAY ALSO ON WEB SITE YOU WILL NOT KNOW UNTIL YOU REACH THE ENTRANCE TO PARK. DATED 14/09/2016
  • Badly kept zoo now not open to public due to lack of funds
  • spectacular road, magnificent views and the howling of the wolves; strange very unexpected experience and nobody else in this "zoo"
  • It was a beautiful nature reserve, in a sublime setting. Unfortunately, the town of Almuñécar has decided to no longer subsidise the Park is no longer kept than by a few volunteers and animals are less numerous in this park that is more than the shadow of what it was. Move along, there is nothing to do. Too bad...
