  • During a fantastic trip to Cueva de Nerja, our kids were desperate to go to the museum (which was plugged at the caves). However the museum was so poor in comparison. There was very little information...  more »
  • I was rather disappointed in this museum. Great building, although a lot of it taken up with stairs and walkways, but really not much content and what there was I thought was badly displayed. Very dim...  more »
  • It is small and there is almost nothing to do. Some movies, a few texts, some pottery... Nothing very interesting. And besides the film that had to be projected on a large screen was not, because the special projectors have been replaced by a simple... This is really not worth.

  • Three stories of local history. It has everything from the past 40 000 years.
  • The history of Nerja and it's surrounds done in a laid back way that kids will enjoy, fully wheelchair accessible.
  • No one explains the general history, you have to read everything, see you all the videos... Tell you does it take to see 1 hour, but if you really want to take advantage of all the information you have you just throughout the day, but come on, as in the majority of museums... Does not help nor much if you've been in the train of the cave, which has fixed schedules every hour and must meet them to strictly, and less still if you have appointment in the same caves, not enjoying the Museum, going in a hurry, and you end up seeing him in passing, stumbled, tied around their necks like a dog to pull it.

  • Well, bring me a surprise to see that they not only speak of the caves. It also has a space for Nerja and its history, if you complement it with the entrance to the caves and the cave train price is cheaper

  • They tell the story of the famous caves, but it falls a little short if you have visited them.
