  • It seems incredible that still are so beautiful places. The environment of the restaurant is spectacular. An old flour mill stone completely restored on the banks of the river Tambre, is situated in an idyllic setting. A beautifully preserved medieval bridge crosses the river and both from the restaurant and from the bridge you can see a waterfall that runs from side to side. Is all a feeling to eat watching the River to your side. The inside is decorated with good taste and that good like is note until in the design of the letter. We saw two dining rooms but we were told that they had another on the upper floor. The exquisite food. We ate some delicious scallops, then an Octopus excellent tapenade with a presentation and a lining that made us enjoy the dish, a shank of opinion veal and dessert some incredible cream rods. The guy that we attended always was attentive and aware of us. A ten. I hope to repeat soon. Definitely a must stop for all those who love eating well, well attended and with top quality products.

  • What a beautiful little town! Wish I could live there. Prettiest place on the 900 kilometer Camino--took me 30 days of walking to get there from SJPDP, France
  • A day of rain which gave it even more charm to the meal. Food "of design", something small but rich, with the exception of a pork shoulder with spices, which to me I upset the dish. In any case, the high price, but I understand that half of what you pay is the exceptional beauty of the site.

  • Excellent food. Very pleasant position by the river & friendly service. Well worth a visit (or two)
  • Restaurant with a lot of charm in a beautiful setting. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Menu tasting delicious and good value for money. Very chosen wines from the letter. I recommend it for family or couple.

  • O mellor de todo, a terraza a beira do río Tambre.
  • Nice restaurant in a unique location, very good service and very attentive. Very good food I recommend the House with French fries, baby squid Burger and also all home has very good desserts. Yes again repeat.
