  • Monastic Museum nestled in a monastery of poor Clares in the center of Murcia, with a beautiful cloister of carved stone, gardens and ponds that invite you to peace, meditation and meditation; recovered, because it was used as a military enclave. It has 2 levels: the ground floor dedicated to art Moorish Al-Andalus with several interesting examples of architectural filigree. The 1st floor dedicated to sacred art, with imagery, painting, clothing and sacred silverware; with accessibility via ramps and elevators.

  • Nice Museum in the Centre of Murcia, very nice patios and the best thing is to leave you can take seafood and cane.

  • The Museum contains a large collection of religious imagery as well as the most significant remains of the Arab past of the city of Murcia. Very advisable to your visit.

  • My favorite place to bring visitors to Murcia. A very small museum but in a stunning setting along one side of the convent gardens. There is a free guide (in Spanish) if you arrange beforehand, or just show up during opening hours and wander at will (free entry, Spanish-only info boards). The ground floor displays the archaeological remains of the caliph's palace, and the pairing of this on one side and the convent pool and gardens on the other is delightful. Upstairs are artifacts from the convent's history, including a small chapel with a dragon-painted ceiling. A must-see spot in Murcia!
  • A beautiful interior, unknown even to the own Murcia. There are workshops and guided visits. The staff is very friendly and competent. The only downside is that the entrance door, with appearance of gate closing, can give the impression that is closed and not invited to enter. Surely more than one has gone long.

  • The Museum and gardens are beautiful! Worth seeing if you're visiting Murcia. The Arab remains are also very nice and there is the possibility of entering with guide. Recommended 100% as it also is located in the heart of the city.

  • Beautiful place unknown to many Murcia. Very professional and attentive guides. We recommend the visit, no doubt.

  • The Santa Clara Museum of Murcia is located in the Central avenida Alfonso X el Sabio of the city of Murcia and is part of the monastery of Santa Clara La Real, one of the most emblematic and unique of the city buildings.
