Faro de Jandia, Morro del Jable

Categories: Lighthouses, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4/5 based on 440+ reviews on the web
Found at the end of a landscape of white beaches, the lighthouse Faro de Jandia contains a small museum. Keep your eyes on the water if you’d like to spot a whale--beaked, sperm, and other varieties of these great marine mammals live together here. Note that the gravel road to the site presents difficulties without the proper vehicle. You’ll have to drive slowly either way. Put Faro de Jandia on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Morro del Jable itinerary planner.

  • Small, nice try, a beautiful sight for those who love the sea, generous portions!

  • There is not much to see ... not even going up to the top of the tower. You can see the island of los lobos and Lanzarote, but nothing to write home about

  • one of those places that leaves you spellbound. Wonderful. The road is dirt, we traveled by Jeep and we went swimming in the beach of Puertorito du RIEUSSEC
