  • This castle is between Arenas and Ávila, just by the Sierra de Gredos. It is pretty to see as you drive by on your way.  more »
  • The Castle dominates Mombeltrán. Empty inside, but the tour is very educational, a lesson in history the sea of fun. Highly recommended, the truth

  • Very pleasant guided tour. Wonderful well preserved castle with very good views of Gredos and very good climate all the year. I recommend visiting the 5 villas

  • You can visit the Castle ⛫. near the entrance there is a small sign with the phone of the Guide making guided tours. I think that you can only visit with this person. It will be paid. The castle is very well-preserved. The guide explains many details of construction of the Castle and its history. Very interesting, worth a visit it if you are out there. You can then go walking in Cuevas del Valle which is close by, where it begins a Roman road of 5 km that leads up to the Puerto del Pico.
