  • A place with much charm, is worth the visit. Very old and well preserved wall and Tower Castle. On the inside there is nothing but has much charm. There are guided tours.

  • I went specifically to Molina de Aragon to see his castle. When you arrive at the village and see on the same road his long and endless walls and high towers you feel overwhelmed. There are guided visits but only if there are a number of people. To go only to pay the entrance fee you are given a photocopy with a small plane and a few light notes. It is worth.

  • Not miss the tribute tower situated slightly higher up. Climbs to the top of the same by a stunning wooden staircase, from the roof you can see extraordinary views of forests, the walls and towers of the Castle. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. He taught me the cistern that supplied water to the tower and the system of defence in case of harassment. He let me pass without entry because he had no money and then pay it at the Museum of Molina as included two visits. The Museum also has very interesting parts of minerals as well as stunning authentic fossils. Also a collection of bonsai. In the Museum are doing renovations that promise to make it even better.

  • The Alcázar de Molina de Aragón is a castle in Molina de Aragón. The town is not in the Aragón region, however, but in Castile-La Mancha in the province of Guadalajara. El Cid once resided here and in 1129 it was conquered from the Moors by Alfonso I of Aragón. Presumably that's why the town is so named.
  • Interesting to visit the Castle, rather than explanations of the Guide, access to the towers and climb to the top of the same. Views of the Castle and the village from any of them are very nice. Within the walls there is nothing. Began excavations but the truth is that they stayed in that, just a beginning and does not bring you anything. It is the second largest castle in Spain. It is worth your visit and climb one of the towers. Difficult ascent but much harder down. Eye with the head.

  • Beautiful castles with good views. If you are lucky you can visit him for three euros without a guide. We were waiting for according to the directions that they put on the door but there was a guided tour and they would not come. Access to upload bad should bring suitable footwear because if not you escurres and with children a hazard, should improve the entry as in one of the areas that have made some steps. I see it a little dangerous.

  • It is very nice. The largest castle in the area. And steeped in history

  • Guided visits only to 11.30 and 17.30. The castle is impressive and large, in a great location on the town of Molina de aragon.
