  • After eating and with some heat we started the March of the Water Route (one of the four recommended in the area). This part of the outskirts of the village just like the Root Route. It consists of several sections where there is a sculpture that helps you verify that you are on the right track. It's very well signposted. The children (9 and 12 years old) loved the walk (almost 2 hours for the 6 kms of the tour). They liked to recognize the directions and the right way to go when forks appeared. The riverside landscapes are spectacular with shaded areas. It has stretches of narrow road, others wider and even others that you go along the roadside (100 meters) and do not drive cars. However, as it is approaching/moving away from the riverbed and to the nearby village of Monforte de La Sierra high, it is a constant low climb with a final stretch of almost 1 km that is made uphill on stone terrain. Highly recommended to be in direct contact with nature. It is recommended to bring water bottles and comfortable shoes, no heels.

  • We went out to make the route after eating and it was a hot day but the road takes place under the shade of the trees and hearing the rumour of the river is done very well. There were times when we weren't sure if we were going the right way as the directions didn't look much. The worst final stretch which is 1.5 km. uphill

  • Very Nice with two rivers easy to pass

  • Beautiful route and scenery as well as the noise of the water in one of the most beautiful villages of the mountain range. The last stretch a little uncomfortable by the descent and the stones but it is very little trip.
