  • Walk about eight kilometres between Armenteira and Barrantes. From the starting point travel is downhill between trees and a wonderful and constant water noise. Although it can be done in the reverse. Well signposted and beware of baths both at the beginning and at the end. A magical experience to repeat a thousand times. I do not know will look like in weekends or peaks of tourism. Take a little water for the road.

  • Small monastery, but charming, what I liked most was the cloister and the entrance of the Church, very charming area and fantastic for hiking since the monastery begins or ends the route da Pedra e da Auga

  • Mosteiro da Santa María de Armenteira, small monastery but ugly therefore is not in a place that it invites to hiking, as it is the paseo da pedra e da auga. I, the truth, I prefer the car and then enjoy of the tranquility monastic. To highlight rosette, the tranquility and the discreet unevenness of the ground. You will be draining?. If the excursion we opened the appetite, there is a restaurant that in this time prepare a cocidino that part them hearts. "Do not say that is imagenes Porta" because sounds to propaganda.
