  • I am not an expert in wine or in warehouses, but this visit covered perfectly my expectations. The Winery is located at the top of the mountain and has spectacular views of the ria de Arosa. The visit of the vineyards and facilities was very interesting and we learned many things about the winemaking Albariño. Sandra, who attended us and guided us, knew how to convey their enthusiasm for this wine and answered all our questions. The visit was completed with a tasting of three wines marketed Mar de Frades: always wine (which I love since the first time I tried it), new sparkling brut nature and one servant Lees (Finca Valiñas), which is very different from all the Albariños had tried until then and who surprised me pleasantly. You missed a small accompaniment to wine (at last and all, was already the lunch). A plus: the only visit we were three couples; almost a private visit.

  • We went without reservations and luck attended us, winemaker Victor had to charge our experience and I have to say that I have visited wineries in La Rioja and California and in this I have learned a lot, clearly explained and clarified all our doubts..., it should be noted that the wine is phenomenal and we had a very good experience... have to visit this Winery because for several views are phenomenal for photos!

  • Recommended for anyone who likes wine. Visit not only describes how an Albariño, which may seem like it's squeezing a grape and bottling the juice, but the fundamental essence of the craft. Sandra, our guide, conveys perfectly the history, process and development that transforms into a liquid in a bottle. Ultimately well worth listening to everything which is hidden in an activity that at first glance seems simple and is quite an achievement. The only "but" is that the wine there is more expensive that in a simple Gadis, not should pass. It's okay to defend the price at home, and we must not put price of balance that the winery does become a commissary, cashier and queue; but please reconsider this issue, adjusting or offering small gifts. Valiñas estate, a wine 10. The sparkling, honors.
