  • It is worth the effort because the view is impressive after walking u good time along a track that does not offer difficulties arrive in the Gorge of the river and see the waterfall in all its glory. You will then understand the why's his name. More than recommended to visit it.

  • The landscape in spring is spectacular, especially in wet years, and with luck you can see the because of the name. Recommend for older people visit from Pereña, since to see it from Masueco return to car costs quite steep and we are not all in proper physical condition. Inform you before.

  • Impressive when the river brings plenty of water (just photos). You can visit from Pereña (to see it from the front) or Masueco (to be inside). I usually go from Pereña, there is a dirt track that goes from the village. You can do a stretch drive and then leave it in a parking area. I've done with young children and done well, there isn't much difference in height. In the area there are several sites that are worth visiting, both natural (and the arribes del Duero) as facts by the hombre(presa de Almendra, Saucelle,...), you should find out because some are not well known.
