  • Did the route of the ravine starting from the village of Masca. For get there took the bus of line regular that passes by Santiago of the Teide to where is simple get and easy Park, also the stop is beside the Church of the people and of the office of tourism where kindly you report of what bus is and its schema. Although there are that say that he arrived with half an hour late and being a minibus did not enter all persons we expected there. I recommend to form a line to avoid the smarter slip. It took about 15 minutes to arrive. Munch once we started the descent of the Canyon and the scenery is spectacular, bridges, waterfalls, canyons, green everywhere... That if the path is not easy, have to be in good shape because there are sections that are that climb a bit, cross streams by stones, forward Crouch or go through very narrow paths attached to the barrel. We saw a couple that he had to turn around by her vertigo. It took two hours and a half to reach the beach of rocks where we swim from a platform that is. Again, we took a boat that takes you up to the giants from the beach. There again took a bus line that left us in Santiago del Teide. Very recommendable (if not fear them laces).

  • Impressive. Piece of ravine and descent long of 6 / 7 km. To start is quite tourist, so eye, by that by the road can find you to people that goes to his ball or can find to groups of tourists with flip-flops included to down a ravine, ah and a Miss guide of payment, that you hate much if entorpeces your, the road of their customers. Eye backwards not eh, they don't bother. So far this warning. Second thing, there are signs of anything. Low where you see that people will, who has walked on, which has opened the way... If you expect a trail marked, with caminito, easy... FORGET ABOUT. Ah, Yes, there are some numbers that tell you what is missing. Us the last thing we saw was the 54 and then appeared the beach before us. Carry essential comfortable clothes and proper by the inclemencies of the time, above all if it falls in winter, in our case, down plenty of water and clear you had to jump and traverse rivers, as well as climbing rocks or climbing, without forgetting the hold on to a rope while the ravine to the other side, all very safe, if if. Transporting food in backpacks, there are many places to stop on the rocks. I think that does it take to get a 2:30-3 h without much stop and at a good pace. Warning as forecast future. The boat that takes you to the Giants is worth € 10, we buy in a bar in the village of Masca, although it is better to book it in advance that buy it down on the beach of Masca, maybe you should wait until site. In short, it is a must in Tenerife. A unique experience of the ravine you will be gobbling up and you feel in danger and dwarf to see you surrounded by such gigantic volcanic stone and in area of landslides.

  • Very nice climb and climbing trip through the mascadal. An hour or 4 climbing and scrambling by the impressive Valley. A very nice tour that you should not skip if you are on Tenerife. A little accustomed to walking is a must. If you like novel runs down there you a boat what you back down. Definitely worth, should we really enjoyed.
