Puerto de Malaga, Malaga
(4.5/5 based on 3,200+ reviews on the web)
Puerto de Malaga is the oldest continuously operated seaport in Spain. Nestled on the Costa del Sol, it serves as a port of call for many cruises. The port’s history stretches back to the Phoenicians and Carthaginians. If you’re up for a walk, head all the way out to the lighthouse and the sandy beach. Or, avoid the summer heat beneath the misters while strolling around this charming seaport, then grab a bite to eat in one of the many fine restaurants. See Puerto de Malaga and all Malaga has to offer by arranging your trip with our Malaga holiday planner.

  • Its modern design and wave shade make it very interesting to walk or bike. On one side you see the marina and on the other side many cafes, children play ground and gardens. If you have a bike continu...  more »
  • It is a lovely walk that you can extend with the la Malagueta promenade or the Paseo del Parque. Bars, restaurants and shops are high prices, intended for tourists, they have nothing typical Malaga. Which is a shame because it is the first thing the cruise passengers are arriving. Boat rides can be rented. Parking is difficult: or blue zone or parking.

  • We parked at the Pompidou to the Center and we are pleasantly surprised to the refurbishment of the ride that in addition to walking you can take a coffee, beer or a drink already is teeming with beach bars. Also there are free exhibition area. Sun is very nice.
