  • Big, open plaza. During the holidays, it's very busy with people coming to see the lights and big Christmas tree. It's also where the Holy Week parades end.
  • Lovely square - bustling, full of life. Wonderful lights when we wee there, too.
  • Lovely architecture and atmosphere surrounded by a vibrant market with shops, cafes and restaurants. Great place to spend time when in Málaga.
  • One of the most important squares in Málaga. Very beautiful and with history behind it. Fact: the fountain was moved from the middle to the south west side of the plaza so that they could fit more seats for the Semana Santa parade.
  • . Centre of city life, and a meeting place. At one end of Calle Larios, and near the winding little streets of the old town, this handsome square is a meeting place of modern and traditional in Malaga. Bars, restaurants, shops - all are to hand, and in December it's where you go to admire the Christmas illuminations. The Easter processions come here too, so always masses to see. It's also a very popular meeting place. Under the clock at Waterloo? No! Under the flagpole in the Plaza de la Constitucion! .
