  • Perhaps not call much attention as the recently opened Museum of Malaga or the C.A.C., but the truth is that this space houses a splendid collection of works of art; not very wide, but if of a high quality. Its permanent collection is exhibited in three rooms, and includes works ranging from the 15th century to our days. Notable works such as the mystical nuptials of Santa Margarita, of Il Parmigianino, as well as a good sample of the Malaga school of the 19th century. My visit coincided with a splendid temporary exhibition of Eugenio Chicano, where in a thirty works shows us his particular vision of the Andalusian landscapes. As for the Museum, it is very comprehensive and very easy to visit. Mention apart for the friendliness of the staff, at all times attentive to help and advise. Admission is free and the opening hours, from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 to 14 and from 17 to 20 hours.
