The caves are geologically speaking wonderful and guides do a good job. The downside I've taken to my visit is that the groups are extremely great to hear the explanations of the guides if you are not always at the beginning of the group. Sometimes you miss them, since the corridors are narrow (logically) and the Group has to be lengthened to pass. When "the explanation platform" has enough people (when they do not fit any more) the guide begins his explanation, so this information is lost from the same group that stayed behind and must wait in the staircase or hallway to have a hole in the platform. There are many groups at the same time, which usually find many people going up / down the stairs and is somewhat uncomfortable, because in some places the geological structures get in the path of the ladder and leave you very little space in which to pass so many people at the same time. Another annotation, perhaps more for future visitors to to the cave, is the incomodez have to be stopping every two steps so people that are front row make photos continuously. The formations can be seen perfectly on platforms, wider than the corridors, where is can take better pictures. A last comment, this time for dads: the caves have many stairs and you can be tired for the kids, so get the idea that you will play take them almost all the time in her arms.

Good visit, good explanations of the Guide (I don't know if all are the same). Not limited to run and finish, you can enjoy the time to contemplate. The cave and the lighting is beautiful and with an interesting history. Best regards

Children and adults enjoyed the visit to this wonder of nature that we have in Malaga. Very instructive the audio guides and a detallazo having them even in Russian.

Where to stay in Malaga

For a chance to experience the heart of the city center, you will want to stay in the area surrounding Calle Larios and Alameda Principal. This constitutes the commercial shopping district of the city and is a convenient walk to the city's main attractions and beaches. Another option is the historical city center, where an array of lively tapas bars and shops intermix with the dramatic Gothic architecture. For a true beach vacation, choose to stay in one of the hotels lining the city beach where you can soak up views of the beautiful Costa Dorada away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
