  • as says the person who has the comment before me, I felt same nlo, but increasing the lamentable restaurant service offering. Since me sente on the table after waiting 25 minutes at that he let us pass, then at the table took 57 minutes to serve us and serve us drink. bad thing is not that they see as they become people and leave you unattended. I with my two kids waiting for food. If it takes 3 minutes more, I'm going. fatal... the good thing is that they look at a few things already comply.

  • Good, they don't have any morals. Put the picnic area as far as possible the entrance and luggage, so you think it much going with the food you go to bed. Imagine a parent with 3 children, cars, refrigerators, etc... The intention is clear, that you leave the dough and do not take food, who want to cheat?

  • I am 67 years old and am a resident of Madrid. I have visited periodically this zoo since its opening, the first single, from the year 1980 with my 4 children to the year 2000 and after a period of assistance have not returned with my grandchildren from the year 2013. I would like to convey, that what initially was a magnificent zoo, open, with an abundant number of species (except South America) and reasonably organized by continents has gone deteriorandose gradually until today so that more resembles a circus or Mall that to what was initially devised. A few examples: many areas dedicated to enclosures for animals have comvertido in restaurants, they have decreased the number of specimens of many species of mammals such as Tigers, Lions, wolves... and even disappeared as the African elephant, Cheetah, Black Panther, puma etc. It is a pity to have come to the current situation, which I know if it is the State of the concession or other reasons. • We had a blast! The zoo is well organized (by countries) and very clean. There is so many different animals and fishes (they have an aquarium)! We paid around 19€ per person (bought the tickets online). The zoo is easily accessible if you don't have a car; you can take the metro and walk a bit or a bus. We had a great time ! Good activity for one day.
  • Pandas are super lovely! Really enjoyed this place. Gorillas and bears were amazing too. And super nice weather despite it was October!! 23€ without voucher to get in, what is reasonable too.
  • I love Zoos, however to win my support I like to know the animals have big enclosures. This Zoo is just that! Very beautiful to look at, a large variety of Animals including a black and white panda. Not the cheapest zoo I've been to, however feeding, upkeep and vets costs aren't cheap so it's good! Always pre book your ticket online for a considerable saving! Even worth emailing for a promo code if there is enough time.
  • Loved it! It is big enough to be interesting and small enough to take it with one day so your children wouldn't get tired during a walk. I enjoyed delfinarium and aquarium the most. And of course flamingos!
  • Pandas are so lovely! Animals look very happy. Must to visit!
