  • Arch little known by tourists, located next to the Air Ministry. Built to commemorate the victory over the Republic.

  • The triumphal arch of victory (Victory Arch (Arco de la Victoria) is a monument in the Empire style, built in the year 1956 in Madrid, established as a tribute to his Nationalist army that defeated the Republicans during the Spanish civil war (1936-1939). An impressive 39 metre high arch is surmounted by a statue of the four horses to a chariot.

  • This triumphal arch is also known as the door of Moncloa and was built in the 20TH century, commemorating the victory of the side sublebado against the Republic during the Spanish Civil War. One of the curiosities is the chariot which is located on the top of the arc.

  • Monument to the fascist victory at the peak of dictatorship.
  • It's just an arch. I even dont know for who is it stood for, or for which war. Dont know if we should see it closer, did not see any signs for a path.
  • It's very nice but the place is a little bit dirty
  • Imposing and essential part of the landscape of this area of Madrid, is especially advisable to observe it from the viewpoint situated just above for Moncloa Metro and preferably at dusk, are worth. Unfortunately, the monument itself is very careless.
