  • This monument is of great beauty both for its architecture and for its structure and content of works of art, especially painting.

  • An imposing basilica almost hidden for locals despite its size and location. Is it the hand of artists who over the years have left a legacy of spirituality and grandeur at the same time. Since you enter and see holy water batteries, you understand that you are coming to a church that could be in any big city of Italy. The Apostles and saints who surround the banks we invite you to look at the sky. Two marble pulpits are magnificent and the Altar a silent prayer. It is worth visiting the sacristy and the small museum that has.

  • This basilica is one of the most beautiful in the city. From the outside it doesn't look like a big deal, but once you enter you will be amazed by its beauty. Largely restored and well maintained, rich in frescoes and decorations in my opinion is even more beautiful than the present Cathedral of Madrid. The most amazing part is the dome, which in fact is one of the largest in the world. Admission € 3.

  • Wonderful and Gorgeous Church! They close in the middle of the day so it's better to be early there. You are going to get so impressed when you see the inside! Full of symbolism, pictures, art and stories. Don't forget to stand in the middle of the church, just right in the middle and look up and take a picture! If possible go to the top of the church to enjoy a nice view.
  • The inside of this church is visually breathtaking. We also went to Cathedral of Almuenda and it is not as spectacular inside in fact I would say it's a bit so so compared with the Real Basilica de San Francisco el Grande.A must see definitely and it only cost 2€ and well worth it and not crowded.
  • This is one of the most beautiful churches you can find in Madrid, Totally worth checking.
  • A grand place. Very nice and peaceful
  • I've taken a lot of photos, but it's impossible to take the feeling that we get when we see it on the inside! The guide was just great with a lot of great details and a great mood. Some parts needs restoration for this amazing treasure to keep alive. It was only 3€!!! I would gladly pay 10€ for this. The guided tour was almost 1 hour but I'll have to go there again to see all the amazing details of so much things to look. LOVED IT!
