They are also known popularly as Torres KIO since they were heavily promoted by the company kuwaiti KIO. They are the second tallest twin towers of Spain. They were the first skyscraper of the mundo.2 towers were built between 1989 and 1996 and designed by the American architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee.
