  • This square is just somewhere to walk through really with quite modern buildings around you. We did not notice the clock mentioned in a previous review.  more »
  • With all the really charming plazas in Madrid, I would rank this rather meh one even lower except for the statue of Cervantes that stands here and the stunning building that houses the Congreso de los...  more »
  • In front of the Palacio de los Diputados, the Hotel Villa Real and a block from the Prado is a great little plaza to sit and enjoy the day or stop at one of the cafe's for a coffee or libation.  more »

  • Very bad experience. We had to wait for the lift more than 10 minutes to download - 1 plant (where the ATM is located) to - 4 plant where the car was parked. We had no alternative since we could not down stairs to get a stroller with a baby of 3 months. As the elevator did not my wife has had to lower floor by floor to give with the lift and go up to pick me up in this. As we saw that they would we spend the 15 minutes we had to remove the car, on the way to the exit I have stood in the box located on the - 1 floor and still 19 h 30 there was no one in the central box. We have called by an intercom and after explaining the situation have refused open barrier, only paying excess time. We have neither succeeded sheet of claims not being personal. In the end, the only thing remarkable about this parking is its location but there are poor facilities such as elevator, very narrow parking spaces, ramps for ascent and descent uncomfortable (coiled), lack of personal attention and rates high.

  • Disabled toilet is always locked. Disabled people do not have access.

  • It is a big parking with a tour that allows you to circulate through the squares in order in case of high occupancy (instead of having to be on the lookout). However the price is high and we must pay it even for washing the vehicle.

Where to stay in Madrid

The Spanish capital is known for its array of distinct neighborhoods each with its own appeal. An affordable and easy-to-navigate metro system, which makes it is easy to get around Madrid gives you more flexibility in choosing where to stay. Perhaps the most popular choice is Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city center and one of the main tourist attractions with its numerous shops, affordable hotels, and restaurants. Close by is Gran Via street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also home to a number of hotels. A short walk from here is Plaza España where the city's most iconic landmarks lie, including the Royal Palace and the Teatro Royal. For somthing outside the traditional tourist areas, consider staying in La Latina or Malasaña, two bohemian neighborhoods that offer a wide range of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and lively bars.
