  • Along calle Mayor we meet this lovely square with various important buildings, first of all the Palace which until 2008 was the seat of the municipality of Madrid. In the middle of the square the statue of General Álvaro de Bazán, Commander of the Spanish fleet in the battle of Lepanto in 1571. Among other buildings is the Casa de Cisneros and la Casa y Torre de los Lujanes. Thanks for reading my review. If you like you can give a rating useful from the link below

  • Found it "accidentally" going on there with the tourist bus and then went back to enjoy it with more tranquility. Small square but with a special charm, is not known too by tourists because there were too many people, but if to make nice photos of the old town hall.
