Good place to take and tapas something in a very original and different, a little expensive site in relationship quality / price. The letter a bit scarce and little space between tables.

Delicious eaten & dirt cheap. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Find ' the beach ' in the cellar itself more fun for just a drink, do not eat at all useful. There, the restaurant is very suitable for above. The moijto red fruit was wonderful!

  • Good food. Very interesting vibe. Menu easy to understand, even if you only speak English. There's an underground beach you can also eat in if that's your thing. Or just go check it out (the bathroom is downstairs too.) Prices are okay, 3euros for a beer. 6-12 for a main.
  • The service was really disappointing, the menu wasn't clear and the food more than basic. The waitress wasn't clear about anything, and a bit rude rude at the time to answer my questions. This is the second chance I give to this place, and the last.
  • Lovely restaurant with very attentive and always smiley crew. We stayed in Madrid for 5 days and as it was close to our flat and open all day (most places in Madrid close in the afternoon) we went there 3 times. The sangria was AMAZING and the El dorado tacos perfection. €14 for a jug of sangria and about €5/€6 for the food. Their fish and chips and sandwiches were also delicious and they have a beach on the basement bar with low chairs and sand. We want there with out 5*year old and she was always welcome, even at 2am. Totally recommend. Food and service impeccable.
  • I have been wanting to come here since we got to Madrid, and finally this weekend we did! It's everything I could have asked for AND MORE! Usually pretty busy, so if you have a large group i'd have a plan B. But they have a ton of tables outside, and the coolest beach room in the basement. It's also not crazy busy if you go in the off-peak hours (aka not Friday or Saturday night). Very quaint, rather inexpensive, the service is good and the food is awesome. We'll definitely be back.
  • One of the best brunches ever head. In spring/summer is awesome to stay outside, order a brunch, drink a coffee or two and start the journey with a smile on your face. The tables outside are very liked. You just have two wait 5-10min until one get free but the good thing is, you tell a waitress and she has a waiting list. So don't be afraid if somebody walks by and takes the free seat. The waitress will gently tell them that there is a waiting list. Good Brunch Menu, good coffee, yummy smoothies. Since we discovered, we went there every morning. It's spanish, so it doesnt open before 10:00 AM. We loved the brunches but were not fascinated of the burgers.

Where to stay in Madrid

The Spanish capital is known for its array of distinct neighborhoods each with its own appeal. An affordable and easy-to-navigate metro system, which makes it is easy to get around Madrid gives you more flexibility in choosing where to stay. Perhaps the most popular choice is Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city center and one of the main tourist attractions with its numerous shops, affordable hotels, and restaurants. Close by is Gran Via street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also home to a number of hotels. A short walk from here is Plaza España where the city's most iconic landmarks lie, including the Royal Palace and the Teatro Royal. For somthing outside the traditional tourist areas, consider staying in La Latina or Malasaña, two bohemian neighborhoods that offer a wide range of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and lively bars.
