  • A private collection turned into a museum, the visit is well worth the 3€ admission fee. They have temporary displays (in addition to their permanent collection) and an interesting calendar of activities and events.
  • Most exquisite collection of art. Very impressive, a must see!
  • Museo Lázaro Galdiano is one ofthe hidden gems of Madrid. A nice palace located in the mid Serrano street, corner with María de Molina, shows the rich collection ofvaried objects of a wealthy Lázaro Galdiano and his wife, Paula Florido. After a careful renovation, the Museum updated its exhibition rooms. Inside, yu get an idea of how life was for the noblity in XIXth century Madrid, along with surprises like a good collection of Goya's paintings. Take a look to its curious elevator, I love it! They are very active in activities and events, and it's always a good option for an arty Saturday morning, away from the typical places. I good place to discover... And don't forget that faceing the building you have Cafetería José Luis , ideal to make a stop while you sample great tapas.
  • Beautiful and wonderfully varied collection
