  • Ideal for kids to enjoy. There are lots of trains, in excellent condition. There are several trains: old steam, the legendary Talgo locomotives (is may thereby enter the tail wagon edentro), wagons of the 19th century, the first electric locomotives, etc. There are also models that is all very well, a cafe in a wagon, and there is also an alula with activities for children. Every 3 weeks there is a market within the enclosure, which is dependent on weather conditions: If malno can not be held. The week that there is no market, there is a theatre. I advise you to check the website to look at them different options that it offers. The entries are €2´5, with theatre 6. For a day that rain, it is perfect.

  • It is a museum to spend a very good time, especially in family. Grandparents recall how they were the trains at the time and the children are surprised to see so many locomotives with which they play but actual size. There are also beautiful models and a cafe inside a car. It have visited several times but the more you has liked to our son was the weekend that make it fair of the toy. There are several posts on the sides leaving space to comfortably visit the Museum. A perfect plan of Museum and snack.

  • We have gone to the Railway Museum of Madrid and he has surprised me much. I went to years ago but they have improved a lot, have a vegon restaurant that is super cool and it can be eaten, it looks good. Is worth the pain to that trip in time and see wagons in the q, we got small.

  • I must see for any who loves trains. Not sure it will be Sheldon´s Cooper favorite but the best in Madrid... I love to have a coffe in the Restaurant Car
  • Overall great educative experience for the whole family. Children always appreciate a possibility to climb on the museum installations and explore them by hands, which is possible here. I felt time travelling in this place.
  • We spent a rainy morning of November checking out the locomotives, carriages, black and white pictures, plaques, uniforms, clocks,... lots to see and very attractively presented. It was somewhat thrilling to find the old carriages from the Bilbao to Santurce line which were were use until 1992. So many hours in there as a student... Personally the highlight of the collection was the 1922 fire brigade car.
  • You have to be interested in old locomotives and railway wagons to get a really good experience. In return, there are some really old and interesting materials. Of course, the visit ends in the cozy Restaurante wagon.
  • nice old train station that has market of special cool stuffs on weekends
