  • Small museum has nothing comparable with the city of the Train at Mulhouse obviously. Has the advantage to be installed in the station abandoned Delicias. A second life somehow to the Hall from 1880. Regarding me, I was impressed by the 242 steam engine. A monster. Very long with his tender and. Feels tiny next. This visit also enabled me to discover real locomotives that were in my books of the 1970s Spanish railway participating to the economic development of the country at the time. Didactic area on the maintenance of the rail infrastructure. Play area for children. 3 circuits of electric train implemented as soon as there are enough people so I understand. This museum is suitable for children. Why not encourage vocations after all? My regret: not having lunch at the wagon restaurant.

  • Excellent tour with Alberto, transmitted us curiosity to adults and especially children that them got in your pocket, a professional. And for professional theatre that began at 1 p.m. there, a few actorazo and a marvelous work. Repetiremos.Lo worse food in the dining car, I don't know if it wasn't your day but it took enough.

  • At a time when every brand is everywhere, it's nice to be able to see local small businesses selling their wares. Some of the second hand clothes and antiques were not so great, but many merchants off...  more »

  • I must see for any who loves trains. Not sure it will be Sheldon´s Cooper favorite but the best in Madrid... I love to have a coffe in the Restaurant Car
  • Overall great educative experience for the whole family. Children always appreciate a possibility to climb on the museum installations and explore them by hands, which is possible here. I felt time travelling in this place.
  • We spent a rainy morning of November checking out the locomotives, carriages, black and white pictures, plaques, uniforms, clocks,... lots to see and very attractively presented. It was somewhat thrilling to find the old carriages from the Bilbao to Santurce line which were were use until 1992. So many hours in there as a student... Personally the highlight of the collection was the 1922 fire brigade car.
  • You have to be interested in old locomotives and railway wagons to get a really good experience. In return, there are some really old and interesting materials. Of course, the visit ends in the cozy Restaurante wagon.
  • nice old train station that has market of special cool stuffs on weekends
