Having seen the quality of the museums in Madrid, and in the same sector of museos(madame tussauds londres y NY) I find it incredible that not alert you at the entrance of aberration nonsense that you are going to witness. Only the portion of actual figures, has some logic and good work, I understand that the space is that it is, but cannot be put to Antonio Banderas by Goya, Dali etc. The Museum seems that you ordered by a madman. As for the terror train, gives everything less eso(Rambo es el máximo símbolo deel miedo en el) and pass the roundabout is a desproposito... sincerely except that gift you the entrance, invests in something else.

Dolls without much sense, just like the famous succession represent them. The ninots of the failures seem more.

I think the wax museum is a bit boring, there are some very accomplished characters but there are others that not much, then there is a train of terror was not work, on the other hand is the Simulator Simulator either liked it, because it was a dirty screen and I've gone to other simulators of the fair and is better is what I liked most was room 3d that tell you a story about Spain.

  • We are from Greece.we have friends in madrid and we came to see them but just to pass our time we went to visit the museum without really expecting anything uauuu. At the end was really nice experience and something different . Go to visit.
  • Some of the wax models were good. Others were really bad. Funny, even. I liked how many of the wax models were of prominent Spanish figures in history. The whole place is from the 1980s. The multivision history of Spain in particular. The terror train is terrible. For 19€ not worth it. It is better to go to the one in London.
  • not so busy as Mme Thussaud - good for when the weather is bad in Madrid (10 days a year :) )
  • It's a very nice wax museum. Full of Spanish, international and fictional sculptures.
  • The ticket is to expensive! But the museum is nice, I recommend it if your going with your kids.

Where to stay in Madrid

The Spanish capital is known for its array of distinct neighborhoods each with its own appeal. An affordable and easy-to-navigate metro system, which makes it is easy to get around Madrid gives you more flexibility in choosing where to stay. Perhaps the most popular choice is Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city center and one of the main tourist attractions with its numerous shops, affordable hotels, and restaurants. Close by is Gran Via street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also home to a number of hotels. A short walk from here is Plaza España where the city's most iconic landmarks lie, including the Royal Palace and the Teatro Royal. For somthing outside the traditional tourist areas, consider staying in La Latina or Malasaña, two bohemian neighborhoods that offer a wide range of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and lively bars.
